Wow! Rachel and Dr. Daniel Nguyen are the most helpful folks ever! I was helping my good friend Tom find a dentist to repair an emergency tooth issue. We connected with Rachael at Happy Valley Modern Dentistry and she spent considerable time checking Tom’s insurances and walking us through the administrative procedure, Rachel had to explain to us several times until she was sure we understood. Dr Nguyen sat with us in the “quiet room” and explained the entire medical procedure including the several options that were available. I had to ask several times for the Doc to explain the options until I understood. The Doc is so patient and he made us feel very comfortable. Tom received his treatment that day. The next day we transferred Tom’s records from his other providers to Modern Dentistry…we are now in their good hands.
